Installation

1.The external dimensions of the cement base (length х width х height) are 590mmх420mmх300mm,
and a hole line of 405mm*170mm*300mm is left in the center of the foundation.
 
2.Cement pedestal Dimensions (L × W × H) 590 mm × 420mm × 300mm, screw is 55 mm
higher than the water level (expansion bolts can also be fixed).
 
3.Cabinet will be placed on cement base, with fixed foot screw embedd-ed in alignment place,
and then lock the screw, the cabinet should be maint-ained vertical with cement base level
when installed.

Use and Operate
     1.Open the cabinet
Use the special key to open and close the door.
 
    2.Optical fiber distribution principle
Using the optical cable and optical fiber cross-connect mode.
Trunk cable fuse  splice with the pigtail which coiled inside the distribution splice tray
Feeder cable splice with the pigtail which coiled inside the Splice&storge integrate tray.
Use another patch cord to connect the LGX splitter with the trunk cable fused connector.
While need to distribution the cable.only need to insert connector of the feeder cable to the output side of the LGX plc splitter.

 
   3.Optical cables turnover and fasten
Trunk cables from the bottom of the cabinet,strip the outer protective sheath ,the strip length should be according to the situation,then use the hose clamp to fix the cable on the fixing part ,late then fasten the intensified cable core on the fixed axis.
  
  4.Fusion splicer
Remove the cover on the fusion module, insert the optical fiber protective sleeve into the fiber core before fusion, then splicing the optical fiber core end and the pigtail fiber core end according to the optical cable fusion splicing process, and then coil it into the fusion splicing tray of the fusion module. . The spliced pigtails are introduced into the wiring tray of the fusion-matching integrated module, and inserted into the optical splitter adapter in the middle of the corresponding box.
